Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in hospitality; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct, implement, and maintain a strong service and management philosophy for the housekeeping staff.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across assigned areas.
• Train and develop team members and ensure all required training is completed.
• Monitor daily operations and plan effective solutions to expedite tasks.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, and related duties as needed.
