Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Castle Orlando. SHG emphasizes hospitality, respect, authenticity, and a strong people-first culture, offering a rewarding environment and robust benefits.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead housekeeping operations, ensure cleanliness of suites and public areas, manage safety protocols, and support a welcoming guest experience.

Formación

• Minimum of two (2) years in leadership Housekeeping position.
• High School education, post-high school education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag, gloves and goggles.
• Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identify associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately. Complete accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents.
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.
• Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform opening and closing shift duties.
• Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when required.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
