Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States; minimum age 18.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Punctual and reliable clock-in/out habits.
• Good listening and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping staff and daily stand-ups.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders.
• Manage guest request log and VIPs.
• Ensure safety and chemical handling compliance.
• Balance room status and prepare reports.
• Maintain supply inventories for housekeeping and laundry.
• Perform cleaning duties when needed and coach staff.
