Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites - Waterpark is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead housekeeping teams, coach associates, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards and sustainability practices. The role includes training staff, scheduling, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

Responsibilities include screening applicants, supervising laundry when applicable, and ensuring safety with OSHA/MSDS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Train, schedule, coach and support associates per brand/hotel standards.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees when needed.
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently per established standards.
• Protect guest service scores and drive guest satisfaction through leadership.
• Supervise laundry employees when applicable.
• Prepare work schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff to meet brand and sustainability standards.
• Train, coach and support associates and ensure adherence to HHM values.
• Screen applicants and hire when necessary for housekeeping roles.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and to standard.
• Monitor guest service scores and execute improvement plans.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; assist in cleaning as needed.
• Address performance and behavior concerns with staff or vendors.
• Schedule staff to align with occupancy and workload.
• Oversee laundry operations when applicable.
• Follow safety guidelines and MSDS/OSHA rules.
