Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Tru by Hilton Columbia-Graystone in Columbia, SC. You will coach a team of room attendants and laundry staff under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper, ensuring spotless, comfortable spaces for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guests are comfortable.
• Perform QA for the Housekeeping department.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper and act in their capacity when off duty.
• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Suite Attendants to meet guest demands.
• Clean and inspect rooms, ensuring surfaces, linens, and amenities are proper.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and stock rooms.
• Report missing or damaged items and manage lost and found items per procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services during peak times and guest requests.
• Maintain guest room security by ensuring doors are locked.
• Support team members to ensure timely task completion.
