Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Tru by Hilton Columbia-Graystone in Columbia, SC. You will coach and supervise room attendants and laundry staff, partner with the Executive Housekeeper, and help maintain spotless, welcoming guestrooms.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team motivation experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and supervise room attendants and laundry staff to meet guest needs.
• Perform QA for housekeeping and assist Executive Housekeeper.
• Supervise staffing levels and ensure adequate coverage for peak times.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, linens, and amenities; maintain supply inventories.
• Collaborate with other departments to support guest requests and safety practices.
