Courtyard San Diego Mission Valley/Hotel Circle is seeking an Executive Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction across the property.

You will train and support room attendants, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold brand standards for timing and presentation. A proven supervisor with strong communication and attention to detail is essential.

Formación

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a hotel
• Brand experience preferred
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse TEAM
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and high cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication with staff and guests
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills highly desired

Responsabilidades

• Inspect guest rooms and supervise room attendants
• Train and support room attendants
• Perform cleaning duties throughout the hotel as needed
• Assist with administrative functions: ordering, inventory management, scheduling
• Ensure clean, guest-ready rooms meeting brand standards
