Hotel Orielle, Autograph Collection in Savannah's historic Riverfront district seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff, oversee daily operations, and maintain a pristine, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience, proven leadership, strong communication, and fluency in English; bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role required.
• Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Proficiency with housekeeping software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, public area maintenance, and laundry operations
• Train, motivate, and mentor the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest expectations and address any issues
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating staff shifts
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
