Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group operates a LOGE-branded property seeking a proactive housekeeping supervisor. You will inspect rooms and public areas, mentor room attendants, ensure supplies and PPE, and enforce safety standards to protect guests and staff.

You will handle accident investigations, complete shift duties, coordinate with maintenance, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment from lobby to exterior entrances.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping leadership experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspects all assigned rooms and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.
• Provides efficient and objective feedback to room attendants to drive efficiency and quality within the housekeeping department
• Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including nametag and designated PPE
• Trains associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Identifies associates engaging in unsafe behaviors and retrain them appropriately.
• Completes accident investigations and take steps to prevent future accidents
• Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning
• Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift
• Perform opening and closing shift duties
• Notifies maintenance department of maintenance repairs necessary
• Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances
• Other duties as assigned
