Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a team and uphold our service culture in Missouri. You will inspect rooms, train staff, and ensure safety and cleanliness across suites and public areas.

You may serve as Manager on Duty and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Requirements include a minimum of two years in a housekeeping leadership role and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a leadership housekeeping role.
• High school education required; higher education preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect suites and public areas for cleanliness and repairs.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and uniforms are available.
• Train staff on safety standards and address unsafe behavior.
• Perform housekeeping tasks including making beds and cleaning.
• Update room status and supervise opening/closing shifts.
• Notify management of maintenance needs and oversee exterior cleanliness.
• Act as Manager on Duty as required and work nights, weekends, holidays.
