Job summary

Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a busy team in maintaining pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will supervise staff, inspect rooms, and ensure standards are met to deliver an outstanding hospitality experience for guests.

We seek candidates with at least 1 year in hotel work, preferably housekeeping, plus basic computer skills and flexible scheduling. This full-time role offers benefits after 30 days and a path to grow within a global brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year hotel experience, preferably in housekeeping.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Prior Supervisory experience (preferred).
• Flexible availability, including weekend and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support housekeeping staff throughout the shift.
• Inspect guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure brand standards.
• Ensure rooms are guest-ready and address deficiencies prior to arrival.
• Monitor room status, prioritize assignments, and communicate updates.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to staff for development.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve service concerns promptly.
• Report maintenance hazards and cleanliness issues to departments.
• Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and cleaning products.
• Assist with scheduling, deep cleaning, and department goals.
• Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
