Job summary

The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, Evolution Hospitality property, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor who will lead a hardworking team to keep guest rooms and public areas spotless. You’ll support the Housekeeping Manager, run daily operations, and set the standard for a clean, welcoming environment.

You’ll coach Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training, perform precision inspections, and drive safety and efficiency across linen, supplies, and workflows.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hotel experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Team Captain: Lead Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
• Safety & Security Pro: Maintain key control and safe handling of secure areas; ensure safety protocols.
• Cleanliness Champion: Maintain high sanitation and cleanliness standards across all facilities.
