Job Summary
Assist in the operations of the housekeeping staff, promoting a safe environment and quality service to achieve maximum guest satisfaction, protection of assets, and minimal expenses.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back of the house to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health standards.
- Assign tasks to staff, review special requests, and ensure smooth operation.
- Manage supplies and inventory, controlling expenses.
- Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Log items into Lost & Found and handle inquiries.
- Implement emergency procedures to protect staff, guests, and assets.
- Maintain attendance and be available to work regularly.
- Perform duties of the Houseperson when needed.
- Act as closing supervisor when required.
- Perform other duties, including cleaning rooms if necessary.
Required Abilities
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Team player, willing to assist co-workers.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
