Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to assist with supervising the Housekeeping staff and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the property.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma or GED required, with a minimum of one year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive a company or insured vehicle; valid driver’s license required, along with successful completion of a pre-employment Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and annual updates.
• Supervise Housekeeping staff.
• Handle guest complaints and apply conflict resolution skills.
• Inspect guest rooms, update status in RGuest and Tablets.
• Answer phones and support the department administratively.
• Assist in preparing housekeeping reports, report maintenance issues, communicate room status, and oversee VIP arrivals and room inspections.
• Manage room assignments, monitor scheduling, and assign special projects.
• Ensure equipment maintenance, oversee public space staff, review reports, and conduct inspections.
• Provide training, coaching, and counseling to staff.
• Analyze reports and update room statuses accordingly.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervise room attendants, house persons, and public space staff as needed. Responsible for training, performance appraisal, and discipline in accordance with company policies and laws.

Physical Demands
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform detailed cleanliness inspections. Accommodations can be made for disabilities.
