Hyatt Studios in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee guest rooms, public areas, linen closets and laundry operations with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.

The role requires prior cleaning and supervisory experience in hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to train staff, assign duties, and monitor performance while maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience in a hospitality setting preferred.
• Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all department personnel.
• Provide staffing, training, counseling, and performance reviews for housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Plan, organize, and monitor staff activities to ensure QA standards.
• Product management; inventorying and purchasing.
• Expense management and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Ensure safe use of chemicals and equipment; facilities inspection.
• Direct department training programs including Orientation and New Hire Training.
• Clean and inspect guest rooms and public spaces.
• Develop and execute projects with tasks and deadlines; follow up to ensure completion.
• Provide security for guests, employees, and property; report suspicious activity.
