Residence Inn – King of Prussia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team at our King of Prussia, PA property. You will supervise, coach, and train staff, ensure rooms meet Marriott standards, and coordinate with Front Desk to maintain guest readiness.

This role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience across all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel, hospitality, housekeeping, or cleaning experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and cleaning standards preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, coach, and support Housekeeping team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas for cleanliness and standards.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned and prepared according to Marriott standards.
• Assign daily housekeeping tasks and manage staffing.
• Coordinate with Front Desk to ensure timely room release.
• Communicate with other departments regarding room status and needs.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and setup before guest occupancy.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
