Position Overview

A Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure outstanding guest service and maintain financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and supervising Room Attendants and Housepersons to meet cleanliness and quality standards
• Assessing inventory, assigning rooms for cleaning, and inspecting rooms
• Verifying room status and reporting discrepancies
• Monitoring payroll, work schedules, and inventory management
• Coordinating with Engineering to ensure proper maintenance and repairs
• Performing duties of Room Attendants and Housepersons when needed
• Assisting in performance evaluations
• Responding promptly to guest requests
