The Housekeeping Supervisor maintains high cleaning standards for Resort property and unit interiors to ensure Owners and guests enjoy safe, clean, and attractive accommodations with friendly and attentive service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Directing and performing housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, linen replacement, laundry, and inventory management
• Performing or assisting with cleaning as necessary
• Establishing work schedules and planning daily assignments
• Training and coaching staff in laundry and housekeeping procedures
• Checking equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Collaborating with staff and other departments to provide quality service
• Managing lost and found articles
• Inspecting facilities to determine work needed
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage areas
• Ordering cleaning supplies and managing budgets
• Responding promptly to guest and department requests
• Following all company policies and safety procedures, including OSHA guidelines
• Developing positive team relationships and counseling employees as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned
