Cheeca Lodge & Spa in Islamorada, FL, is hiring four temporary, full-time Housekeeping Supervisors for 2026/2027. Duties include leading housekeeping teams, daily room inspections, and public area checks. Requires 2 years of supervisor experience in a luxury hotel environment; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pre-employment background and drug testing required. Rate of pay is $23.40 per hour with overtime at $35.10 per hour.

Northwood Hospitality LLC d/b/a Cheeca Lodge & Spa (Islamorada, FL). 4 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 10/01/2026 - 07/31/2027. Work to be performed at multiple properties in Monroe County, FL. Min. 35 hrs/week. Work schedule can vary and can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Example shifts: 8:00am to 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.

Duties: Lead, train, and monitor the performance of housekeeping team members to ensure resort cleanliness standards are met. Conduct daily room inspections and public area checks to ensure all assigned areas meet quality and cleanliness expectations.

Requirements: Two (2) years Housekeeping Supervisor experience at a luxury hotel resort. International experience preferred. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. On-the-job training is provided. Applicant must provide Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required.

Rate of Pay: $23.40 / hour. Overtime is available at $35.10 / hour. Additional, optional benefits may be offered to worker, for worker’s sole benefit, including but not limited to medical, dental and vision insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401k, and life insurance. If voluntarily elected by worker, employee costs/contributions for benefits will be deducted from paycheck.
