Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality invites you to join Wayfinder Waikiki as part of our housekeeping leadership team. You will support the Executive Housekeeper in daily operations, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and efficiency across guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

You will supervise staff, enforce standards, train colleagues, and coordinate with other departments to elevate guest experiences. Weekend/holiday flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of housekeeping experience with supervisory preferred.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and industry standards.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations, laundry, and public area cleaning.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation and efficiency in guest rooms and public spaces.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality control and brand standards.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff and foster teamwork.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance to enhance guest experience.
