Job summary

Wayfinder Waikiki, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to manage daily housekeeping operations and maintain the highest cleanliness standards.

You will supervise staff, train team members, enforce brand standards and safety protocols, and collaborate with front desk and maintenance to enhance guest satisfaction.

A high school diploma and 2–4 years of supervisory housekeeping experience are required; salary range is $58,000–$65,000 annually.

It also involves supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining quality control, managing inventory and ensuring guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel policies.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:*** Assist in overseeing the daily operations of housekeeping, laundry and public area cleaning.* Ensure all areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness and presentation standards.* Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain quality control.* Implement and enforce hotel brand standards, health regulations and safety protocols.* Assist with the training and supervision of the housekeeping staff.* Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among associates.* Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.* Assist in managing the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens and guest amenities.* Ensure lost and found procedures are followed.* Work closely with other departments, including front office and maintenance, to enhance the guest experience.**What are we looking for?****Qualifications:*** High school diploma or equivalent* 2-4 years of housekeeping experience.
