Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years in a related housekeeping role.
• Working knowledge of housekeeping operations and hotel services.
• Must have supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with training, coaching and feedback to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Inspect guest rooms, turndown service, public areas and back of house for cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Assign tasks to staff to ensure smooth flow of operations and meet guest needs.
• Distribute supplies to staff at start of shift to control inventory and costs.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction."
• Implement emergency training and procedures to protect hotel, guests and assets.
