The Crawford Hotel in Denver is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and promote a safe, high-quality guest experience. You’ll supervise staff, train, coach, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and ensure compliance with SOPs while controlling costs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping staff; provide training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house; ensure cleanliness and compliance with SOPs.
• Assign tasks, manage supplies and inventory, and control expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Implement safety and emergency procedures to protect guests and staff.
