Job summary

Makeready LLC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for the Clayton Hotel & Members Club in Denver, CO. This full-time role leads the housekeeping team, sets daily goals, and ensures rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards for guest satisfaction.

You will train attendants, inspect rooms, coordinate with Front Office, and manage supplies and carts to keep operations running smoothly. Prior supervisory experience and a guest-first mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Guest-first mentality and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign housekeeping tasks to team and inspect the work to ensure standards of cleanliness are met
• Support Housekeeping Leadership by completing administrative tasks as requested
• Inspect the cleaning of guest rooms to achieve high cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Train room attendants to ensure daily tasks are completed timely and accurately
• Inspect housekeeping carts and closets for proper stocking
• Ensure cleanliness of all trash chute rooms by delegating daily work to house porter
• Communicate with Front Office about delays or issues and adjust room status
• Prior experience highly preferred
• Guest-first mentality
• Able to efficiently clean multiple rooms and property areas
