Job summary

Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coach our room attendants and laundry staff at Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport. You will partner with the Executive Housekeeper to deliver spotless, guest-ready spaces and support a positive team culture.

Role requires leadership experience in housekeeping, strong communication, and a willingness to work varied shifts in a busy hotel environment. Immediate benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in housekeeping with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Perform QA for the Housekeeping department.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in duties and act in their capacity when off duty.
• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Suite Attendants; ensure adequate staffing.
• Clean and inspect rooms for proper cleaning of surfaces, linens and amenities.
• Monitor housekeeping cart inventory and stock rooms and linen closets.
• Report missing or damaged items and handle lost and found per procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services during peak times and special requests.
• Maintain security by ensuring guest room doors are locked.
• Provide support to team members to complete tasks efficiently.
