JOB SUMMARY: The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for maintaining guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner. This includes coordinating daily operations, supervising room attendants, laundry attendants, and housepersons to ensure an excellent guest experience, and conducting visual inspections to ensure brand standards are met.
The supervisor should maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all housekeeping departmental and hotel policies and standards, including the proper maintenance and use of equipment.
