SGMC Health is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations on the Main Campus. The role ensures a clean, safe, and orderly environment by managing schedules and staff during the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in housekeeping or environmental services, plus 1+ year of supervisory experience. You will train and supervise staff, participate in performance improvement, and uphold quality standards across patient areas and facilities.

SCHEDULE: Full Time, 8HR Evening Shift, 3:00p-11:30p
POSITION SUMMARY Oversees and directs the day-to-day operation of the Environmental Services Department ensuring a clean, orderly and safe environment. To assist the Coordinating Manager in maintaining a high quality standard of housekeeping and keeping them informed on the immediate condition of all assigned areas and by training, supervising and motivating the departmental personnel to be sure all schedules are complete. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
WORKING CONDITIONS- ADA INFORMATION: Comfortable routine working conditions with the possibility of irregular schedule including weekends. Exposure to certain levels of stress. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. Exposed to hazard of burns and cuts due to working with hot equipment. Constant standing or walking with regular periods of concentration.
