Hilton in Charleston, SC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and deliver memorable guest experiences. You will lead Room Attendants and Housepersons, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate room readiness and maintenance needs to support smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
• Assign, inspect, and verify room status; promptly report discrepancies.
• Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
• Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson duties as needed to maintain service levels.
• Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
