Job summary

Guest Services seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor in Wenatchee, WA to support the General Manager in housekeeping operations and property management. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and help meet financial goals through effective staffing and quality control.

You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and contribute to budgeting and procurement of supplies, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards across facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in related management.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong customer service abilities; problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate housekeeping functions for unit.
• Analyze and plan housekeeping programs and schedules for adequate staffing, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times.
• Handle guests' complaints and resolve per customer service standards.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, discipline, review, and direct housekeeping staff.
• Assist with budgeting and monitor expenditures of funds.
