Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at the Omaha Marriott Downtown. You will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect rooms and public areas, and ensure high cleanliness standards to create a flawless guest experience.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent English communication. Flexibility with shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience or one year of relevant housekeeping/clerical experience.
• Must be efficient with computer programs.
• Must have both written and verbal skills in English to communicate with other departments and guests.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness and quality, updating room status as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed on time and up to standard.
• Provide organization, guidance, and communication while reinforcing the hotel's high standards.
• Ensure housekeeping carts and linen closets are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Inspect VIP rooms and randomly check rooms for quality compliance, reporting any maintenance issues.
