The Marcus Corporation’s Omaha Marriott Downtown is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead room and public-space cleanliness, supervise staff, and ensure top-quality standards. You will inspect spaces, manage staffing, and coordinate between teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring at least six months of supervisory or related housekeeping experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with computer programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of supervisory experience or one year of relevant housekeeping/clerical work.
• High School education preferred.
• Must be efficient with computer programs and communicate well in English.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and corridors for cleanliness and quality, updating room status as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate housekeeping staff performance, ensuring tasks meet standards.
• Provide organization, guidance, and communication while reinforcing high standards.
• Maintain stocked, clean housekeeping carts and linen closets.
• Inspect VIP rooms and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Handle special guest requests and assist with deliveries to ensure timely service.
• Oversee staffing levels and smooth operation of the housekeeping department.
• Report hazards or suspicious activity to Loss Prevention and assist guests as needed.
