Job summary

Pinnacle Partnership in Spartanburg, SC, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department across guest rooms, corridors, and public areas in our DoubleTree by Marriott property.

You will lead a team of room attendants and public area staff, ensure brand standards, train staff, handle guest requests, and coordinate budgets and safety compliance to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Supervise housekeeping team including room attendants, housemen, and public area attendants.
• Inspect rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Assign daily work tasks and ensure proper usage of supplies and equipment.
• Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to improve efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control measures for the department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet standards.
• Lead and develop the housekeeping team to deliver high-quality service consistent with brand standards.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance within the department.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and inventory of supplies.
