Requirements

What You’ll Do

Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas to ensure they meet DoubleTree’s brand standards and are guest-ready.

Make beds, change linens, and restock towels and amenities to maintain a clean and welcoming room environment.

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces to keep all areas spotless.

Inspect rooms for maintenance needs, damage, or safety concerns, and report issues promptly.

Restock housekeeping carts with supplies, amenities, and linens to support efficient daily operations.

Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.

Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required to maintain a safe work environment.

Support environmental sustainability efforts through proper waste disposal, recycling, and energy conservation practices.

Summary

Our Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, order, and hygiene standards in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces within the hotel. They perform a range of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. The Housekeeper also assists with restocking amenities, managing linen supplies, and responding to guest requests to uphold the hotel's reputation for cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
