Job summary

Residence Inn Spartanburg, 9011 Fairforest Rd, Spartanburg, SC, is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all housekeeping operations, guest rooms, and public areas, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, quality control, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and safety compliance in a fast-paced hotel environment. MCR offers weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing service preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping team and daily stand-up to review objectives and checklists.
• Schedule room assignments and ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected and available for sale.
• Balance and clear room status nightly; resolve discrepancies in the PMS.
• Maintain organization of storage rooms, mechanical rooms and main housekeeping laundry.
• Submit maintenance requests to Engineering per procedures.
• Manage stock of housekeeping and laundry supplies monthly/quarterly.
