The ideal candidate has 1+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience, strong leadership, attention to detail, and excellent communication. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and bilingual abilities.

Formación

• 1+ years of supervisory housekeeping experience or management in a hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and sanitation standards.
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high performance.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities; coordinate orders.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints with swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with front desk and maintenance for room readiness and turnovers.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and compliance standards per hotel policies.
