Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to oversee Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants and Housepersons, ensuring guest rooms, corridors and public spaces meet high cleanliness standards. You will train staff, monitor performance, and coordinate daily tasks in a 24/7 hotel operation.

The role requires basic English literacy, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to safety and proper appearance for all team members.

Qualifications

• High School education preferred.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience or one year of comparable housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read and write basic English to complete forms and communicate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, Lobby Attendants and Housepersons and ensure tasks are completed within the shift.
• Visually inspect VIP rooms, guest rooms and corridors for cleanliness and appearance.
• Provide instruction, guidance and coaching to staff; report safety issues and accidents.
• Turn in lost and found items and guest room keys; maintain cart and linen closet organization.
