Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team: lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality.
• Oversee room readiness: assign, inspect, and verify room status, report discrepancies.
• Oversee operational logistics: monitor schedules, payroll, stockroom/inventory, and lost-and-found.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with Engineering and Property Operations.
• Support housekeeping operations by performing attendant duties when needed.
• Delight guests by addressing special needs promptly and courteously.
