Job summary

Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Lake Buena Vista is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor to help coordinate housekeeping functions, inspect guest rooms, assist Room Attendants, and cover supervisor duties in the manager's absence.

This full‑time role emphasizes guest service, attendance, grooming, and adherence to Aimbridge Hospitality standards, with training responsibilities and daily coordination of staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 to 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field is helpful.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Oversee staff in Laundry and Housekeeping and ensure performance standards.
• Provide training to Room Attendants and supervise staff as needed.
• Inspect VIP rooms and report their availability to Front Office.
• Ensure daily assignments are completed and documented.
