Midas Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites hotel located in Wichita, KS. This person will oversee the housekeeping staff and department under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper. We are looking for an energetic and thorough individual who will help our hotel be award-winning and ensure guest satisfaction.

Weekend work is required for this role.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, turndown service, public areas, and back of the house.
2. Obtain list of vacant rooms needing cleaning and assign work accordingly.
3. Maintain supplies and equipment, assist with inventory management.
4. Ensure security of all housekeeping, maid, and guest room keys.
5. Document and communicate maintenance requests to the maintenance department.

Ideal Candidate

1. At least one year of supervisory experience.
2. At least one year of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting.
