Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure highest standards of cleanliness and safety for residents and staff.

You will prepare schedules, assign tasks, inspect facilities, and train team members while managing supplies and resolving resident concerns in a compassionate, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily assignments and schedules for housekeeping staff
• Inspect premises to ensure health, safety and sanitation standards
• Train new employees and supervise until fully trained
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas

How you will make an impact

• Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff
• Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds
• Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
• Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment
• Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility
• Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints

What you will need
