Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to clean resident homes and community areas within our gated retirement living environment in Bucks County, PA. Schedule options include 7:00AM-3:30PM or 2:00PM-10:30PM, with opportunities to support both Independent Living and Nursing Home settings.

The role emphasizes safe operation of housekeeping equipment, independence, and teamwork to maintain a clean, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet and hard floor care equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate housekeeping vehicles or related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident's homes in Independent Living or Nursing Home.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community with specialized equipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures.
• Cleaning lobbies and living rooms, vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, trash removal, walls/windows baseboards.
• Cleaning classrooms, dusting and vacuuming tables/chairs
• Assisting with trash collection and disposal; replacing liners
• Maintaining carpets through extraction, cleaning, drying and vacuuming.

Join our team as a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. All of our clients are located within our community, so no travel is involved!

Schedule:

7:00AM-3:30PM or 2:00PM-10:30PM

How you will make an impact

• Cleaning resident's homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures
• Cleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Cleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs
• Assisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

What you will need

• Previous experience cleaning in a residential or commercial setting is ideal
• Ability to safely operate carpet care equipment, hard floor care equipment, trash removal equipment
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member
• Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles
• Ability to demonstrate professional and responsive interactions with residents and their family members, staff, vendors, and each other
