Ann’s Choice by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Housekeeper for a gated retirement community in Bucks County. The role involves cleaning residents’ homes or nursing home rooms, using specialized equipment, with no travel required. Shifts are 7:00AM–3:30PM or 2:00PM–10:30PM.

Qualifications

• Previous experience cleaning in residential or commercial settings is ideal.
• Ability to safely operate carpet and hard floor care equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member.
• Ability to safely operate Housekeeping vehicles.
• Demonstrates professional and responsive interactions with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community through specialized equipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures.
• Cleaning lobbies and living rooms including vacuuming, dusting, decluttering, trash removal, spot cleaning walls/windows, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Cleaning classrooms, dusting, vacuuming, boards, tables and chairs.
• Assisting with trash collection, bagging, disposal and replacing liners.
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces through extraction, interim cleaning, spotting, drying and vacuuming.

Join our team as a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community. All of our clients are located within our community, so no travel is involved!

Schedule: 7:00AM-3:30PM or 2:00PM-10:30PM

How you will make an impact

• Cleaning resident’s homes in Independent Living or Resident Rooms in Nursing Home
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Community through the use of specialized equipment.
• Cleaning public bathrooms, including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories, fixtures
• Cleaning lobbies/living rooms including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de‑cluttering, and removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights, HVAC vents.
• Cleaning classrooms, including dusting, vacuuming, white/chalkboards, tables/chairs
• Assisting with the collection, bagging, and disposal of trash, as well as replacing trashcan liners
• Maintaining carpeted surfaces, including extracting, interim cleaning, spotting, drying, and vacuuming.

What you will need
