Job summary

Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor II to lead the housekeeping team, assign daily duties, and ensure a clean, sanitary environment for residents and staff. The role emphasizes training, inventory management, and adherence to health regulations at a continuing care retirement community.

Experience in housekeeping operations (minimum 3 years) and leadership is preferred, with opportunities for growth as the community expands.

• Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas.

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor II to provide leadership, direction, and support to the Housekeeping team members, in order to ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff.

How you will make an impact

• Prepare daily assignments and schedules to include established routine duties for housekeeping staff
• Inspect premises to determine next assignments and to ensure that trash/garbage removal meets with health, safety and sanitation regulations including receiving dock areas and community grounds
• Train new employees, assigns tasks and closely supervises until fully trained.
• Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies, materials and equipment
• Create weekly, monthly and semi-monthly cleaning schedules for common areas of the facility
• Investigate and resolve housekeeping related complaints

What you will need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
