Job summary

Mainsail Lodging & Development seeks two Full-time Housekeeping Supervisors for the Epicurean Hotel in the United States. You will lead the housekeeping team, conduct daily room inspections, and manage inventory to uphold luxury standards and guest satisfaction.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory experience in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2–3 years of housekeeping or supervisory experience, luxury hotel is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for cleanliness and guest service.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.
  • Must have reliable transportation and open schedule.

Overview of the role

We are looking for two (2) Full-time Housekeeping Supervisors with a flexible schedule who have open availability. Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring guests have an exceptional experience? We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the Epicurean Hotel. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring that guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury.

What you have
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a housekeeping or supervisory role (luxury hotel experience is a plus)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-tier guest service.
  • Experience with hotel housekeeping management systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have open schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
What you’ll do
  • Supervising and coaching the housekeeping team
  • Conducting daily room inspections, including VIP arrivals
  • Managing housekeeping inventory and supply orders
  • Responding to guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations
