Great Escape Lodge seeks a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in delivering a pristine, welcoming environment for guests. You will oversee daily operations, uphold high cleaning standards, and foster teamwork and excellence in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage labor costs while maintaining top-tier guest service.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Up to 6 months of experience in a Housekeeping department or related field.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Exceptional work ethic, attendance, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to repeatedly bend/stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push/pull and reach above shoulder level throughout the shift.
• Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinates work activities among departments.
• Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.
• Forecasts department personnel requirements from records.
• Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• Increase revenue and control labor and other costs.
• Attend and participate in weekly departmental staff meetings.
• Establish standards for personnel performance and guest service.
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
• Daily report processing of housekeeping locations.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Inspects all vacant rooms.
• Reports to the housekeeping Manager of any damages or maintenance work on a timely basis.
• Oversees housekeeping and laundry staff to ensure cleanliness and timeliness of cleaning guest rooms.
• Update room status to manager periodically throughout the day.
• Pickup lost and found items in rooms and log them in Opera.
• Perform housekeeping or laundry duties as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns, quickly, professionally, and effectively.
