Job summary

Enchanted Parks is seeking an energetic, hard-working Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations across departments and ensure exceptional guest service.

You will coordinate activities, forecast staffing needs, inspect rooms, and enforce standards while maintaining cleanliness and timeliness. The role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Up to 6 months of experience in a Housekeeping department or related field.
• Supervisory experience is not required, but preferred.
• Exceptional work ethic, attendance, and attention to detail.
• Must be able to repeatedly bend/stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push/pull and reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to carry and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities among departments.
• Forecast department personnel requirements.
• Make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
• Increase revenue and control labor and other costs.
• Attend and participate in weekly departmental staff meetings.
• Establish standards for personnel performance and guest service.
• Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment, and takes corrective action.
• Daily report processing of housekeeping locations.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
• Inspects all vacant rooms.
• Reports to the housekeeping Manager of any damages or maintenance work on a timely basis.
• Oversees Housekeeping and Laundry staff to ensure cleanliness and timeliness of cleaning guest rooms.
• Update room status to manager periodically throughout the day.
• Pickup lost and found items in rooms and give them to the Housekeeping Office to be logged in Opera.
• Perform Housekeeping or Laundry duties as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns, quickly, professionally, and effectively.
