Executive Housekeeper – Front Office Manager – Assistant General Manager – General Manager

Your Focus

• Train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.
• Screen job applicants and hire new employees (if HHM employees are involved).
• Train staff to clean rooms efficiently according to standards or collaborate with external vendors for training.
• Monitor and communicate guest service scores to drive improvements and guest satisfaction.
• Distribute cleaning supplies and equipment to associates.
• Assist with cleaning rooms when necessary.
• Address associate performance and behavior concerns directly or through vendors.
• Supervise laundry employees, if applicable.
• Prepare work schedules based on occupancy to ensure proper staffing.
• Follow sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and adhere to MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Assist in the breakfast area as needed.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Background And Skills

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience or equivalent training required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
