Job Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, providing communication, training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure efficiency.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back of house to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Assign tasks to staff, review special requests, and manage workflow for smooth operations.
• Manage supplies and inventory, controlling expenses while ensuring availability.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to maintain satisfaction; handle Lost and Found items and inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect staff, guests, and assets.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1-2 years in a related role.

Knowledge/Skills: Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations, supervisory skills.

Physical Demands

• Lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs.; carry up to 35 lbs.; communicate effectively; inspect areas; interpret reports; bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for prolonged periods.

Environment

Indoor, climate-controlled; some strenuous activity; heat and humidity in laundry areas.
