Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote a safe environment and quality service to maximize guest satisfaction and protect assets while controlling expenses.
• Supervise housekeeping staff through communication, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Inspect and supervise cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards.
• Assign tasks, manage supplies, and monitor inventory and expenses.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain controls for lost and found items and assist with emergency procedures.
• Support evening staff and assist with various duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with staff and other departments using radios.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
