Job description

The Housekeeping Supervisor is primarily responsible for ensuring standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness are maintained throughout the hotel. This leader manages the housekeeping and laundry departments efficiently and controls costs by performing the following duties. Responsibilities: • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene protocols across the property. • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness in guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
